          If you somehow plan to 1v1 in an AF, I suppose Wolf is superior for pure damage. But otherwise it's no contest, Jag all the way. Minmatar armor T2 resists are pathetic. Plus you need AWU 4 to outfit the Wolf properly. And it needs active tank. Fin...

          The problem with fitting A web is that your shield tank is destroyed. The problem with not fitting it is that you can't hold down anything you can kill at a gate. And of course you can't kill BSes in belts, not enough firepower. Such are the woes ...

           You could actually fit 2 med extenders which will only fit with a MAPC. You end up with 2400 shield and 18 shield per second. I did it on quick but not sure if it fits since I used customized jag. Easily squeeze on 2 gyro stbs and 3 t2 200mm AC's...
